We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Editor with strong experience in cinematic editing, VFX, SFX, color grading and visual storytelling.

Role Overview The candidate should be capable of taking raw footage and transforming it into cinematic, engaging and professional-quality videos.

This role is not limited to basic video cutting. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of editing, VFX, motion graphics, sound design and cinematic post-production.

Key Responsibilities

Cinematic Editing

- Edit cinematic videos, advertisements, brand films and promotional content
- Create strong visual storytelling through shot selection and pacing
- Work with camera, drone and smartphone footage
- Create cinematic sequences with professional transitions and effects
- Synchronize visuals with music and sound
- Create different formats for Instagram, YouTube and advertising platforms

VFX and Motion Graphics
- Create and integrate visual effects (VFX)
- Green screen / chroma key compositing
- Object removal and replacement
- Masking, rotoscoping and tracking
- Motion tracking and camera tracking
- Screen replacement
- Create cinematic titles and motion graphics
- Basic 2D/3D compositing
- Create visual effects that enhance storytelling

SFX and Sound Design
- Create and integrate professional sound effects (SFX)
- Foley and ambient sound
- Impact sounds, whooshes, risers and transition effects
- Synchronize sound effects with visuals
- Background music selection and synchronization




- Basic audio mixing and enhancement
- Create cinematic soundscapes that improve the emotional impact of videos

Color Grading
- Professional color correction
- Cinematic color grading
- Skin tone correction
- Create different visual moods according to project requirements
- Match footage from different cameras

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of professional video editing experience
- Strong knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Solid understanding of VFX and compositing
- Good knowledge of SFX and sound design
- Strong understanding of cinematic editing
- Good knowledge of color correction and color grading
- Knowledge of masking, tracking and rotoscoping
- Understanding of keyframes and animation
- Good sense of music, rhythm and storytelling
- Strong attention to detail

The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who can handle the complete post-production workflow:





RAW FOOTAGE → EDITING → VFX → SFX → SOUND DESIGN → COLOR GRADING → FINAL CINEMATIC OUTPUT The candidate should have a filmmaker’s eye and understand how cuts, camera movement, music, sound effects, lighting, color and visual effects work together to create emotion and storytelling.

Portfolio / Showreel – Mandatory

Candidates must submit a portfolio or showreel.

Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate:

- Cinematic editing
- VFX work
- Before/after VFX examples
- Sound design and SFX
- Color grading
- Commercial advertisements
- Brand films
- Storytelling-based edits

Candidates without a portfolio/showreel will not be considered.

Compensation Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Salary will depend on the candidate’s editing skills, VFX/SFX capabilities, experience and portfolio.
