Key Responsibilities

- Support city-level MSME LAP business through sourcing and customer acquisition.
- Assist in Loan Against Property (LAP) sourcing for MSME / SME customers.
- Work with existing vendor partners, DSAs, and connectors to generate leads.
- Help onboard recent sourcing partners under guidance from the Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with Credit, Risk, and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal policies.
- Track leads, logins, sanctions, and disbursements against assigned targets.
- Support portfolio quality by ensuring accurate customer profiling.
- Assist in managing on-roll sales executives and channel partners.
- Gather basic market intelligence and competitor insights at city level.




- Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.

Key Requirements

- 5 - 10 years of experience in MSME / SME lending (secured lending exposure
- preferred).
- NBFC experience preferred (bank + NBFC experience acceptable).
- Basic understanding of Loan Against Property (LAP) products and MSME customer
- profiles.
- Exposure to vendor-led or channel-based sourcing models is a plus.
- Educational Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn, strong execution mindset, and ownership attitude.
