- Develop strategies to increase revenue growth through effective pricing, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the PVR team to drive business performance improvement.
- Supervise staff and ensure excellent customer service skills.
- Implement processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Requirements :

- Robust knowledge of beverage management principles and practices.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale food court operations or multiplex cinemas.
- Experience in managing daily operations of food and beverage outlets.
