Role: Full-time

We’re looking for a kickass Cinematographer who knows how to make ordinary things look ?.

Make our work impossible to scroll past.

What you’ll be doing

? Shoot short-form content

Reels, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, BTS, factory stories, product videos, process videos — basically anything that deserves to be seen.

? Shoot long-form content

YouTube videos, brand stories, factory tours, interviews, documentaries, project showcases and more.

? Think beyond “just recording”

We want someone who understands framing, lighting, composition, movement, storytelling and pacing — someone who can look at a scene and think:

“Yeah, this could look amazing.”

? Make furniture look incredible

Wood, metal, craftsmanship, textures, interiors, machines, people, processes — you should know how to capture all of it beautifully.

☁️ Own the footage pipeline

After every shoot, you’ll be responsible for:

- Properly organising footage
- Naming & sorting files
- Uploading everything to Google Drive
- Keeping folders clean and accessible
- Making sure the editor has everything they need

?️ Work closely with the Editor

You won't just upload 200GB of footage and disappear.

You’ll coordinate with the editor,

explain the footage/context, follow up on edits and make sure the final video comes together the way it was intended.

What we're looking for

- Strong camera skills — obviously.
- Great understanding of lighting & composition
- A solid eye for cinematic shots
- Understanding of social-media content & what makes people stop scrolling
- Comfortable shooting people, products & environments
- Basic understanding of storytelling
- Organised with files and footage
- Can work independently without constant supervision
- Willing to experiment and try new ideas
- Portfolio > degree

Bonus points ?

If you can also

- Fly a drone
- Shoot/edit basic reels
- Understand camera & lighting equipment
- Do basic colour grading
- Shoot cinematic product/furniture videos
- Come up with content ideas yourself

...we're going to get along very well.

The vibe

We aren't looking for someone who just says:

“Tell me what to shoot.”

We want someone who says:

“I have an idea. Let's shoot this.”

If you’re obsessed with cameras, great visuals, storytelling and making things look way cooler than they actually are — send us your portfolio.

? Salary

Up to ₹40,000/month

Based on your skills, experience & portfolio.
