Key Responsibilities

- Define and streamline architecture, tools, and processes across all DFS products.
- Design and architect scalable, resilient, and high-availability solutions aligned with market demands.
- Drive adoption of enterprise design patterns and modern architecture principles.
- Implement microservices design patterns (Choreography, Saga) for distributed systems.
- Ensure distributed tracing and observability using OpenTelemetry.
- Optimize OLTP systems (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and caching strategies (Redis, Guava Cache).
- Architect solutions leveraging NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and message queues (Kafka).
- Standardize logging frameworks (EFK stack) and monitoring solutions for VM-to-K8s migration.
- Lead cloud-native deployments using Kubernetes and modern orchestration technologies.
- Establish API governance, enforce OpenAPI 3.1 standards, and drive API-first development.
- Champion DevSecOps practices, embedding security at every stage of SDLC.
- Modernize tech stack iteratively, clearing technical debt and harmonizing architecture across products.
- Promote platform-based design by building reusable components for faster product development.
- Guide teams on performance optimization, scalability patterns,



and secure coding practices.
- Lead architectural discussions, reviews, and decision-making for all DFS products.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in security, cloud, and API standards to ensure future-ready solutions.

Mandatory Skills

- Deep expertise in design patterns, data structures, and enterprise architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java and Golang, leveraging latest language features.
- Proven ability to scale solutions using advanced design patterns.
- Experience with Kubernetes orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native deployments.
- Proficiency in Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, Oracle/PostgreSQL, and EFK stack.
- Solid knowledge of security principles, SSDLC, and modern DevSecOps practices.
- Familiarity with API standards (OpenAPI 3.1) and governance frameworks.
- Ability to mentor teams, lead architectural boards, and drive technical excellence.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with platform engineering and reusable component design.
- Exposure to GenAI tools for code review and automation.
