About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our Sales and Marketing functions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the software/IT industry and a proven track record of managing teams, driving revenue growth, building effective marketing strategies, and converting business opportunities into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring both functions work together toward business and revenue goals.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, sales conversion, and revenue growth.
- Build and manage marketing campaigns across Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Content, and other relevant channels.
- Develop strategies to improve brand visibility, market positioning, and customer reach.
- Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with senior management to develop pricing, go-to-market,



expansion, and growth strategies.
- Analyse market trends, competitors, customer behaviour, and business opportunities to identify areas for growth.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics for Sales and Marketing teams and regularly review their performance.
- Mentor, guide, and develop Sales & Marketing leaders and team members.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Customer Support, and other departments to ensure alignment between customer needs and business strategy.
- Prepare and present sales, marketing, revenue, and growth reports to the management.

Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in Software, SaaS, or Product-based companies.
- Proven experience managing both Sales & Marketing teams.
- Robust understanding of B2B/B2C sales, digital marketing, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Founder-like mindset with strong ownership, entrepreneurial thinking, and a results-driven approach toward overall company growth.
- Ability to take complete ownership of Sales & Marketing and build strategies with a long-term business perspective.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
