What you’ll lead
Technology strategy, platform architecture and engineering teams.
Lender integrations, CRM, commission and payout systems.
Data, AI and automation to improve lender matching and customer and partner journeys.
Platform reliability, information security and compliance.
What we’re looking for
10+ years in software engineering, including 4+ years leading engineering teams of 25+ people.
5+ years in fintech, lending, banking technology or insurance distribution.
Experience scaling B2B and B2C platforms and mobile apps.
Solid expertise in cloud architecture, APIs and financial ecosystem integrations.
