Role- Chief of Staff / Executive Director – CEO Office

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior, highly mature business leader with 20+ years of experience to work closely with the CEO of a growing Enterprise Cloud & IT Services company.

The role will act as the CEO’s execution and coordination partner, driving strategic priorities, leadership alignment, governance and cross-functional execution across the organization.

Location- Noida, Hyderabad & Jaipur

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO on strategic and business priorities
- Drive execution of key initiatives across Sales, Delivery, Technology, Finance and People
- Coordinate the CEO/CXO agenda, leadership reviews and governance mechanisms
- Track critical decisions, action items, milestones and ensure closure
- Prepare and drive MBRs, QBRs, leadership reviews and strategic meetings
- Support CEO in enterprise customer engagements, strategic partnerships and business initiatives
- Identify organizational bottlenecks and drive cross-functional resolution
- Support annual/quarterly business planning, transformation and growth initiatives
- Prepare/review board,



investor and executive-level presentations and communication
- Handle sensitive, high-priority and confidential matters with maturity and discretion

Ideal Profile

- 20+ years of overall experience, preferably in IT Services, Enterprise Technology, Cloud or Digital Transformation
- Experience working closely with CEO/MD/CXO/Board
- Candidates from COO, Business Head, Strategy & Transformation, CEO Office, Executive Director or similar senior roles
- Strong understanding of business operations, strategy, P&L;, technology services and organizational governance
- Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- High maturity, discretion, ownership and ability to operate in ambiguous situations
- Robust influence without authority and ability to drive senior stakeholders toward execution

What We Are Looking For A senior business operator, not a traditional administrative Chief of Staff — someone who can function as the CEO’s extended arm for strategy, governance, coordination and execution.
