Role Description The Chief Marketing Officer is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Canada, responsible for driving the overall marketing vision and strategy for Esse India. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to strengthen the brand in the immigration and visa consulting space, with a focus on Canada-related services. The CMO will lead market research initiatives, analyze industry trends, and identify customer needs to inform campaigns and service positioning.

Daily responsibilities include overseeing marketing management activities, coordinating with sales and operations teams, guiding public relations efforts, managing digital and offline marketing channels, and monitoring performance metrics to optimize marketing ROI.



The CMO will also mentor and manage the marketing team, ensure consistent brand messaging, and support business growth through strategic partnerships and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Market Research skills to design data-driven strategies and understand client demographics.
- Candidates should possess solid Marketing Management and Public Relations skills to oversee campaigns, manage brand reputation, and coordinate communications.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and support lead generation and conversion.
- Experience in leadership roles within marketing, preferably in professional services, consulting, or immigration/education sectors.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and performance tracking; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a strategic and results-oriented mindset.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing marketing teams and manage budgets effectively.
