Role Description The Chief General Manager is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Hinjewadi, Pune responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations, strategic initiatives, and business growth across Fynomics Financials. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, setting performance targets, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial advisory, funding, compliance, and strategic services to clients.

The Chief General

Manager will design and implement business plans, manage budgets and resources, and monitor key performance indicators to drive operational excellence and profitability. Day-to-day responsibilities include stakeholder management with investors, partners, and clients, risk assessment and mitigation,



and ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards. The role also includes mentoring senior staff, fostering a culture of transparency and innovation, and contributing to long-term corporate strategy and market expansion.

Location- Hinjewadi, Pune

Salary Range- 6 to 7LPA

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial sector(banking, NBFCs, investment management, or financial services).
- Demonstrated expertise in financial management, capital strategy, and budgeting, ideally within investment, advisory, or fintech ecosystems.
- Proficiency in compliance, risk management, and governance frameworks relevant to financial services and corporate advisory.
- Experience in business development, client relationship management, and strategic partnerships on a regional or global scale.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, including comfort with data-driven performance monitoring.
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex financial and strategic concepts clearly.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; qualified certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, CPA, CMA, MBA) are highly advantageous.
- Background in managing operations in financial advisory, investment banking, consulting, or related sectors; experience with startups or SMEs is a plus.
- High level of integrity, adaptability, and resilience, with a track record of driving change and continuous improvement.
