Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Kolkata, responsible for the overall strategic, financial, and operational performance of Gajanan Group. The CEO will set and execute long-term business plans, oversee manufacturing and logistics operations, and ensure alignment with growth objectives across domestic and international markets.

Key responsibilities include leading senior management, driving profitability and efficiency, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. The CEO will guide sales and market expansion strategies, optimize resource allocation,



and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. The role also involves representing the group with customers, partners, and investors, and making data-driven decisions to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong background in Finance and financial management, including budgeting, capital allocation, and performance analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management, with experience overseeing multi-site manufacturing and logistics functions.
- Proven capability in Business Planning and Strategic Planning, including setting and executing long-term growth strategies.
- Experience in Sales leadership, market development, and customer relationship management within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Extensive executive-level leadership experience, preferably as CEO or in C-suite roles, in large industrial or logistics organizations.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving measurable business results.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with board members, investors, and key partners.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata and travel regularly to manufacturing locations and logistics hubs as required.
- Graduate degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
