Role Description The Chemical Engineering Project Department role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves supporting the design, optimization, and scale-up of chemical processes for API manufacturing, working closely with cross-functional teams in production, quality, and R&D.;





Day-to-day responsibilities include performing process engineering calculations, preparing project documentation, participating in equipment and utility selection, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. The role also includes monitoring process performance, supporting troubleshooting efforts, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and presenting technical findings to internal stakeholders. The position requires proactive coordination with project teams to ensure timelines, quality standards, and cost targets are met.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Chemical Engineering and Process Engineering skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing projects is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP, safety regulations, and regulatory guidelines related to API manufacturing is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple project tasks efficiently.
