RRBP Advisors delivers comprehensive corporate compliance, taxation, corporate advisory, finance and investment consultancy, and intellectual property rights services. The firm also assists clients with registrations, approvals, and regulatory compliances across bodies such as IFSCA, SEZ, MCA, SEBI, NBFC, and FEMA, offering a broad exposure to specialized financial and regulatory frameworks.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Ahmedabad.

The Chartered

Accountant will handle accounting, taxation, and compliance assignments for clients operating in GIFT City and related sectors, including preparation and review of financial statements, tax computations, and regulatory filings. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on corporate and tax structuring,



ensuring timely and accurate statutory and regulatory compliance, and liaising with authorities such as IFSCA, SEZ, MCA, SEBI, and other regulators. The role involves conducting financial analysis, supporting audit and assurance activities, drafting skilled reports and opinions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality advisory services.

The Chartered

Accountant will also contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing, and maintaining up-to-date expertise on relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and corporate compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional reports, opinions, and client communications.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting and tax software, MS Excel, and other productivity tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a professional team setting and manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on changes in tax, corporate, and regulatory laws.
