- Chartered Accountant with good academic background
- CA 1–2 years’ experience
- Excellent spoken communication skills (mandatory)
Core Responsibilities
- Execution support on Corporate Restructuring and M&A; engagements
- Financial analysis and preparation of valuation models and working papers
- Application and interpretation of Companies Act, taxation laws, SEBI Laws and Regulations, and RBI/NBFC regulations
- Preparation of reports, presentations, and internal notes
- Participation in client meetings , discussions, and follow-ups
- Coordination with lawyers, bankers, regulators, and other professionals
- Review and supervision of work performed by junior team members
