Role Description The Chartered Accountant Articled Assistant internship role is an on-site position based in Saraswati Vihar, Delhi.

The Articled

Assistant will support audit and assurance engagements, assist in preparing working papers, and help in verifying financial records and internal controls. Day-to-day responsibilities include working on GST, Income Tax, TDS, and ROC-related filings, maintaining compliance documentation, and supporting tax assessments and litigation matters under the supervision of senior team members. The role involves assisting in financial analysis,



preparing reports and schedules for CFO and advisory assignments, and supporting due diligence and transaction-related activities.

The position offers hands-on training, client interaction opportunities, and practical exposure to a wide range of professional services in a structured CA firm environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should be registered as CA students (IPCC/Intermediate cleared or as per current ICAI curriculum) and eligible for articleship training.
- Should possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and basic auditing procedures.
- Should have familiarity with GST, Income Tax, TDS provisions, and a basic understanding of ROC and corporate law compliance.
- Should be comfortable using MS Excel, Word, and accounting/tax software, with the ability to prepare workpapers and reports accurately.
- Should demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret financial and tax-related information.
- Should exhibit good written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence and client interaction.
- Should be able to work diligently in a team-based professional environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
