About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales professional to drive property sales through direct customer interaction and a network of Channel Partners/Brokers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through Channel Partners, brokers and other sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up with leads.
- Conduct and manage property site visits.
- Explain project details, amenities and offerings to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
- Convert leads into bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain customer details and update CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Finance and Site teams.
- Prepare basic sales/MIS reports.

Ideal Candidate
- 7-10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Property Sales / Channel Sales.
- Experience in handling Channel Partners/Brokers will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust follow-up and customer-handling skills.




- Target-oriented and comfortable with sales.
- Experience in handling site visits and property bookings.
