and develop tailored strategies that maximize adoption and minimize resistance • Collaborate closely with project teams to embed change management into project plans, ensuring alignment across initiatives and supporting seamless execution • Work with key change sponsors, coach senior leaders and C-level executives in their sponsor roles, and provide direct support to frontline managers and supervisors during transitions • Identify, analyze, and mitigate change-related risks; proactively manage anticipated resistance to ensure smooth adoption and stakeholder alignment • Create actionable change deliverables such as stakeholder analyses, communication plans, and training plans. Develop engaging communication collaterals including emailers, banners, videos, and posters to support awareness and engagement • Support training efforts, define and track change KPIs, build adoption dashboards, monitor progress, and manage governance of change activities to ensure accountability and continuous improvement
