? The Role We’re looking for someone who can run the centre, lead the vibe, manage the team, and make things happen.

As a Centre Coordinator / Technical Training Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for centre operations academic execution — making sure trainers deliver, students stay engaged, batches stay on track, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Keep Things

- Own the day-to-day functioning of the training centre.
- Make sure classes, labs, assessments & academic activities run smoothly.
- Manage batch planning, classroom allocation, lab schedules & trainer deployment.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality and professional standards.
- Identify operational issues and get them solved — fast.

? Keep Training on Track
- Coordinate with technical trainers for smooth course delivery.
- Track trainer attendance, class schedules, syllabus progress & batch performance.
- Monitor student attendance, assignments, assessments and academic progress.
- Ensure every batch is moving according to the planned curriculum.
- Spot training gaps and work with trainers to fix them.

? Lead People.

Drive

Execution. You’ll work closely with:

Trainers → Students → Counsellors → Placement Team → Academic Team → Management

- Conduct regular trainer reviews.
- Track batch progress and student feedback.
- Support onboarding of new trainers.
- Build a positive,



accountable & high-performance centre culture.
- Follow up until the work is actually DONE. ✅

? Be the Student Escalation Point Students shouldn't have to run around looking for answers.

You’ll

- Handle academic and operational escalations.
- Collect and analyse student feedback.
- Resolve concerns related to trainers, classes, schedules, labs & learning experience.
- Ensure students receive timely updates about classes, assessments, events and activities.
- Keep the student experience smooth from Day 1.

? Numbers Matter Too. You’ll track the centre through data, not assumptions.
- Daily / weekly / monthly centre reports
- Batch-wise attendance & performance
- Trainer performance & utilization
- Syllabus completion
- Student engagement
- Academic escalations
- MIS & operational dashboards
- Centre performance KPIs

And yes — Excel / Google Sheets should not scare you. ?

You should understand enough technology to confidently communicate with trainers and understand what students are learning.

Deep coding expertise is NOT mandatory.

This is primarily a Centre Management Academic Coordination Training Operations People Management role.
