Job ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, test, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems . Install and configure IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, PoE switches, and related equipment . Perform camera alignment, focusing, cabling, termination, and troubleshooting.

Configure IP addresses, networking, remote viewing, and mobile applications . Diagnose and resolve CCTV hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Conduct site visits for installation, maintenance, and service requirements.

Coordinate with project teams, supervisors, and clients during installations. Carry out preventive maintenance and ensure systems are functioning properly. Prepare basic installation/service reports and maintain site records.

Follow safety procedures and maintain professional conduct at client sites.



RequirementsITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred. 1–3 years of experience in CCTV installation and servicing . Good knowledge of IP CCTV, NVR/DVR, networking, LAN cabling, and PoE .

Knowledge of brands such as Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, Honeywell, etc. will be an advantage. Ability to use basic tools and testing equipment. Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to different project/client sites across Mumbai.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
