Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CCNA Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented networking training to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of networking concepts, Cisco technologies, network configuration, troubleshooting, and the ability to conduct engaging hands-on lab sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct CCNA training for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.
- Develop structured lesson plans, presentations, lab exercises, and assignments.
- Provide hands-on training using real-world networking scenarios and network simulators/labs.
- Cover key networking topics including:
- Networking Fundamentals
- OSI and TCP/IP Models
- IPv4 and IPv6 Addressing
- Subnetting and VLSM
- Ethernet and Switching Concepts
- Cisco IOS Fundamentals
- VLANs and Trunking
- Inter-VLAN Routing
- Static and Dynamic Routing
- OSPF Fundamentals
- Routing Tables
- STP and EtherChannel
- Wireless Networking Fundamentals
- DHCP and DNS
- NAT and PAT
- Access Control Lists (ACLs)
- Network Security Fundamentals
- Port Security
- WAN Technologies
- Network Automation Fundamentals
- Basic QoS Concepts
- Network Troubleshooting
- Conduct practical Cisco configuration and troubleshooting labs.
- Train learners using tools such as Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3, EVE-NG, or physical Cisco equipment.
- Provide real-time troubleshooting scenarios and practical assignments.
- Guide learners through network design and configuration exercises.
- Prepare learners for Cisco CCNA certification and technical interviews.
- Conduct mock tests, assessments,



and practical evaluations.
- Monitor learner progress and provide technical feedback.
- Keep training content aligned with current CCNA objectives and networking practices.

Requirements
- Robust hands-on knowledge of Cisco Networking and CCNA concepts.
- Prior experience as a Network Engineer, Network Administrator, CCNA Trainer, Instructor, or Technical Consultant.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, subnetting, and network troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience configuring Cisco routers and switches.
- Good knowledge of VLANs, trunking, STP, OSPF, ACLs, NAT, and network security fundamentals.
- Experience with Cisco IOS commands and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain networking concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Real-world networking experience is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills
- CCNA certification is preferred.
- Experience with Cisco Packet Tracer, GNS3, or EVE-NG.
- Knowledge of IPv6 and enterprise networking.
- Understanding of network security and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Knowledge of SDN and network automation is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Python for network automation is a plus.
- Experience training students, working professionals, or corporate teams is preferred.
- Experience conducting online and classroom-based technical training.

Pay: ₹9,371.83 - ₹39,771.72 per month
