About the Role
Chadhava is one of our core categories, and it needs an owner. Not a project manager who runs tasks for someone else's plan — someone who treats Chadhava as their own business within LifeGuru: you set the growth targets, you build the category roadmap, and you're accountable for the number at the end of the month.
This is a remote role. What matters is whether you can own a P&L-adjacent; category end-to-end and move fast on it — not where you're sitting while you do it.
What You'll Own
- Category strategy for Chadhava — offerings, temple/occasion expansion, pricing
- Demand generation and growth,
working closely with the performance marketing team to hit booking and revenue targets
- Chadhava's core growth metrics — orders, AOV, repeat rate, category revenue
- Cross-functional work with product and ops to unblock whatever the category needs next
Who We're Looking For
- 2–5 years owning a category, product line, or growth P&L; at a consumer business — D2C, marketplace, or app-first platforms preferred
- A track record of moving a category or business line to its next growth stage, with numbers to show it
- Solid analytical instincts — you build your own view from data rather than waiting for a dashboard handed to you
- Comfortable with ambiguity and self-directed execution in a remote, founding-stage environment
