Role DescriptionCAT/IPMAT DILR Faculty / Tutor

We are looking for a passionate and capable CAT/IPMAT Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR) Faculty / Tutor who can take ownership of the DILR vertical and contribute to building the academic foundation of IIMC.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and concept-driven CAT and IPMAT DILR classes
- Teach Data Interpretation, Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis, arrangements, puzzles, seating arrangements, tables, charts, graphs, Venn diagrams, caselets and other relevant areas
- Develop structured lesson plans and effective teaching strategies
- Adapt teaching methodology according to the requirements of CAT and IPMAT
- Develop students' logical thinking, analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Create and curate CAT/IPMAT-level questions, practice sets,



sectional tests and mock examinations
- Prepare and continuously improve study materials, worksheets, question banks and practice resources
- Analyse student performance and provide personalised academic guidance
- Teach effective problem-selection, set-selection, time-management and examination strategies
- Keep academic content aligned with evolving CAT and IPMAT trends and patterns
- Mentor students and help them develop effective preparation strategies
- Contribute ideas towards improving IIMC's academic systems, content quality and overall student experience

QualificationsEducational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics,



Computer Science, Science, Education or a related discipline
- A Master's degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage
- Candidates from other academic backgrounds with strong CAT/IPMAT DILR expertise and relevant teaching experience may also be considered

Professional & Other Qualifications
- Strong command over CAT and IPMAT DILR
- Excellent analytical and logical reasoning abilities
- Solid teaching, presentation and mentoring skills
- Prior experience in CAT/IPMAT coaching or teaching is preferred
- Ability to explain complex logical and data-based problems in a simple and structured manner
- Ability to develop high-quality academic content
- Experience in creating mock tests, sectional tests, question banks and study materials is an advantage
- Strong understanding of CAT and IPMAT question patterns and examination strategies
- Ability to analyse student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Experience in coaching institute management, academic coordination or administration will be an added advantage
- Candidates based in Kottayam and nearby areas are preferred
