Job Overview: Process customer payments, manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, and deliver friendly customer service in retail, grocery, or restaurant settings.

Core Responsibilities

- Scan products, handle cash and card payments, calculate correct change, and issue receipts.
- Greet shoppers, answer product questions, apply coupons or discounts, and bag items.
- Count the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts and balance daily sales records.
- Process product returns or exchanges and resolve basic customer issues.
- Keep the checkout area clean, restock nearby shelves, and organize supplies.

Job Requirements

- 1 year of experience as a cashier in F&B; or similar industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic math skills, familiarity with POS machines or computers, and clear communication.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light packages (up to 25 pounds).
