Job Purpose To carry out carpentry and woodwork activities for interior projects as per approved drawings, measurements, specifications and quality standards, ensuring proper finishing and timely completion of assigned work.

Key Responsibilities

- Carpentry & Woodwork
- Carry out cutting, shaping, drilling, assembling and installation of wooden components.
- Work with plywood, MDF, particle board, veneer, laminate, solid wood and other interior materials.
- Prepare and install wardrobes, cabinets, counters, shelves, doors, partitions, wall panels and furniture.
- Execute modular furniture and customized interior woodwork as per drawings.
- Drawing & Measurement
- Read and understand basic shop drawings, measurements and installation details.
- Take accurate site measurements before starting work.
- Follow dimensions and specifications provided by the supervisor / site engineer.
- Machine & Tool Handling
- Operate hand tools and carpentry equipment safely.
- Use drilling machines, circular saws, routers, sanders and other relevant equipment where trained and authorized.
- Maintain tools and report damaged or defective equipment.
- Installation Work
- Install furniture, cabinets, doors, partitions,



wall panels and other wooden fixtures at project sites.
- Ensure proper alignment, level, fitting and finishing.
- Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, painters, ceiling teams and other site workers where required.
- Quality & Finishing
- Ensure proper joints, edges, alignment and finishing.
- Check for scratches, gaps, uneven surfaces and other defects.
- Rectify workmanship issues identified by the supervisor or site engineer.
- Material Handling
- Handle plywood, MDF, laminates, hardware and other materials carefully to avoid damage and wastage.
- Use materials efficiently and minimize unnecessary wastage.
- Inform the supervisor about shortages or material defects.
- Safety & Housekeeping
- Follow company safety rules and site safety instructions.
- Use required PPE such as safety shoes, gloves, helmet and eye protection.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Properly store tools and leftover materials after completion of work.
- Teamwork & Discipline
- Work effectively with supervisors, site engineers, project teams and other workers.
- Complete assigned work within the planned schedule.
- Follow company rules regarding attendance, discipline, working hours and site conduct.
- Be willing to work at different project sites and, when required, extended or night shifts.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
