: Manager Career Development

Position Overview The Manager – Career Development will be responsible for guiding prospective learners through counselling sessions, presentations, and personalized interactions to support their academic and career aspirations. This role combines expertise in international education programs with strong communication and sales skills to ensure successful learner conversions. Female candidates with a confident and pleasing personality, and prior experience in EdTech or related industries, are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

- Learner Counselling & Guidance
- Conduct career counselling sessions via phone and video conferencing.
- Understand learner goals and recommend suitable international university programs.
- Provide empathetic, professional guidance to help learners make informed decisions.
- Presentation & Communication
- Deliver impactful presentations to individuals and groups, highlighting MSM Unify’s offerings.
- Represent MSM Unify in webinars, online events, and virtual fairs.
- Use persuasive communication to showcase program advantages and career outcomes.
- Sales Closure & Conversion
- Drive admissions closures by converting leads into enrolments.
- Maintain strong follow-up processes to ensure timely learner decisions.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Data Management & Reporting




- Manage lead flow and ensure accurate data entry in CRM systems.
- Analyse learner data to identify trends and optimize conversion strategies.
- Provide regular reports on counselling sessions, presentations, and closures.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Business, or related fields.
- 4–7 years of experience in counselling, career development, or learner engagement within EdTech, higher education, or training industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and sales closure skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, data analysis, and lead management.
- Female candidates with confident demeanour and pleasing personality preferred.
