Role Overview : As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will connect with students and their families, offering personalized counselling to understand their educational goals and challenges. You will develop and implement sales strategies, track performance, and contribute to improving the overall sales process and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct personalized counselling sessions to guide students.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

- Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

- Work with other teams to enhance the sales process and customer experience.

Qualifications :

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Post-Graduation.

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Counselling.

- Languages: Fluency in English and Kannada is required.

- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
