Role Overview

We are looking for a Career Advisor – US IT Staffing who is passionate about working with people and helping candidates achieve their career goals.

The role involves understanding candidates' skills, experience, interests, and career aspirations and guiding them toward suitable opportunities within the US IT industry .

The Career Advisor will work closely with candidates and internal recruitment teams to provide career guidance, profile optimization, interview preparation, and continuous support throughout the hiring process.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Visnagar and Makarba, Ahmedabad , and requires working in a night shift aligned with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct career counselling sessions and understand candidates' career goals, expectations, and preferences.




- Evaluate candidate profiles, skills, experience, and interests to identify suitable US IT opportunities.
- Guide candidates regarding career paths, job requirements, industry expectations, and opportunities within the US IT market.
- Assist candidates with resume and LinkedIn profile optimization .
- Provide interview preparation, coaching, and professional guidance.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to understand current job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and track candidate progress throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up regularly with candidates and provide timely updates regarding their opportunities.
- Develop individual career development plans based on candidates' career goals.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates.
- Participate in candidate engagement activities, including workshops, seminars, and information sessions.
- Identify opportunities to improve career counselling strategies, processes, and tools.
- Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Qualifications

- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills .
- Good understanding of career counselling, career development, and career management .




- Ability to understand candidate profiles and match them with suitable career opportunities.
- Experience in staffing, counselling, sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Exposure to US IT staffing or recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site and collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technical or a related field .
- Certifications in career counselling or coaching will be an added advantage.
