About the Role
We are seeking a polished, commanding Captain to lead our fine dining service team. You are the bridge between the kitchen and the guest, ensuring every plate arrives with precision and every interaction feels effortless. This is not a starter role—we need a seasoned leader who can run a floor like a symphony conductor.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and inspire the steward and service team during shifts.
- Personally handle VIP guests and resolve service issues with grace.
- Coordinate timing between kitchen and floor to ensure seamless coursing.
- Maintain immaculate grooming and enforce service standards.
- Manage opening/closing checklists and cash handling duties.
What We Require
- 3+ years as a Captain or Senior Server in a high-volume, upscale hotel or restaurant.
- Impeccable English communication (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and carry heavy trays.
- A "guest-first" mindset with a sharp eye for detail.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
