The Campus Outreach Manager is responsible for building Diya School of Skills' presence in colleges and universities across the assigned region. This is a field-facing role you'll be the face of the brand on campus, running seminars and awareness sessions, generating qualified student leads, and building long-term relationships with college administrations for repeat access and formal collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard colleges/universities for seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions on courses offered by Diya School of Skills
- Plan and deliver on-campus seminars and info sessions to final-year and pre-final-year students, positioning the brand and its programs effectively
- Generate qualified student leads from each campus visit and hand off to the counseling/BDA team with proper context for follow-up
- Build and maintain relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), HODs, and college administration for repeat access and priority scheduling
- Negotiate and formalize institutional collaborations (MOUs, placement tie-ups, certification partnerships) where applicable
- Maintain a pipeline of target colleges, track outreach status,
and report visit outcomes and lead conversion back to the sales team
- Coordinate with the marketing team for seminar collateral, banners, and on-ground promotional material
- Track and report on campus-wise lead quality and conversion to continuously refine which institutions are worth prioritizing
- Represent the brand at education fairs, career expos, and college fests as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or Education background preferred)
- 13 years of experience in field sales, business development, or campus relations (freshers with solid communication skills may also be considered)
- Comfortable with public speaking and conducting seminars in front of large student audiences
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Strong interpersonal skills — able to build rapport with both students and college administration
- Basic proficiency with CRM/lead tracking tools and MS Office/Google Workspace
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (for regional travel)
