About the Role We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented campaign specialist to join our Growth team. This role will focus on the day-to-day execution, monitoring, and optimization of UA campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and Apple Search Ads.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working directly within marketing platforms, managing campaign operations, analyzing performance, and supporting testing and optimization initiatives.

Campaign

Execution &

• Operations

- Set up, launch, and manage UA campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage daily campaign operations, including budgets, bids, targeting, creatives, and campaign settings.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve efficiency and scale.
- Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and within agreed budgets and timelines.
- Support the setup and management of retargeting and re-engagement campaigns.
- Maintain campaign structures, naming conventions, tracking parameters, and platform requirements.

2. Performance &

• Reporting

- Monitor key metrics including spend, CTR, CPI, installs, purchases, CPA, ROAS, and revenue.
- Analyze campaign and cohort performance using advertising platforms and MMPs such as AppsFlyer.
- Identify performance trends, issues, and optimization opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and maintain campaign trackers.
- Support analysis of D7/D30 ROAS, retention, and LTV to evaluate campaign quality.

3. Testing &

• Optimization

- Support A/B testing across audiences, creatives, campaign types, and bidding strategies.
- Analyze creative performance and help identify high-performing concepts and formats.




- Monitor creative fatigue and support regular creative refreshes and rotations.
- Assist with audience testing, including custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting cohorts.
- Document campaign learnings and apply them to future optimization.

4. Tracking &

• Attribution

- Support accurate campaign tracking, conversion events, and attribution across advertising platforms and MMPs.
- Monitor attribution data and flag discrepancies between ad platforms and MMP reporting.
- Work with Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve tracking or attribution issues.
- Develop a working understanding of mobile attribution, post-install events, cohorts, and privacy-related measurement.

5. Collaboration

- Work closely with Creative, Analytics, Product, and Growth teams to execute UA initiatives.
- Provide performance-based feedback on video, static, playable, and UGC-style creatives.
- Support monthly and quarterly performance reviews with campaign data and insights.
- Coordinate with advertising platform representatives and external partners when required.
- Stay updated on changes across major advertising platforms and UA best practices.

Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in campaign specialist, User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role. Mobile gaming/app experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of key UA metrics including CPI, CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, retention, LTV, and revenue.
- Experience with an MMP such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular is preferred.
- Robust Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and operational tasks.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on, ownership-driven approach with a willingness to learn new platforms and tools.
