Campaign Manager – Performance Marketing

Location: Work From Office (Full time)

Experience: 5–6 Years

Key Responsibilities

· Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.

· Manage performance marketing budgets and drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion goals.

· Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement optimization strategies to improve ROI.

· Coordinate with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure effective campaign execution.

· Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization to maximize campaign performance.

· Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights for management.

Required Skills

· Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

· Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools

· Prior experience in the Stock Broking, Financial Services, Fintech, or Capital Markets industry will be highly preferred.
