Job DescriptionNKB TIMES is looking for an experienced and creative Camera Specialist with a strong background in news coverage, journalism, and podcast production. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in qualified camera operations, field reporting coverage, studio shoots, and live broadcasting, with the ability to deliver high-quality visual content for digital news platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- News Coverage & Journalism: Handle professional camera operations for news reporting, field coverage, interviews, press conferences, and special news assignments.
- Podcast Production: Manage camera setups, multi-camera shoots, framing, lighting, and recording for studio and live podcasts.
- Live Broadcasting: Operate cameras for live news coverage, events, panel discussions, and other broadcast productions.
- Camera & Equipment Management: Operate professional cameras, lenses, microphones, lighting equipment, and other production tools.
- Video Production: Capture high-quality footage for news reports, documentaries, interviews, promotional videos, and digital media content.
- Field Operations: Coordinate with reporters, journalists, anchors, and production teams to ensure smooth and timely coverage.
- Studio & Outdoor Shoots: Manage camera positioning, composition, exposure, focus, and lighting for both indoor and outdoor productions.
- Technical Coordination:



Work closely with video editors and the production team to ensure footage meets broadcast and digital media standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure the proper functioning of cameras and related equipment.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in camera operations, preferably in a news channel, media house, digital news platform, or production company.
- Proven experience in news coverage, journalism, field reporting, and podcast production.
- Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting, audio equipment, and video recording techniques.
- Experience in live news broadcasting, interviews, press conferences, and multi-camera podcast setups.
- Knowledge of video framing, composition, exposure, and professional production standards.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, travel for field assignments, and coordinate with editorial and production teams.
- A degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Film Production, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Professional camera handling and field reporting coverage.
- Experience with DSLR, mirrorless, cinema, and broadcast cameras.
- Knowledge of live streaming and digital broadcasting equipment.
- Familiarity with video editing workflows and post-production coordination.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
