Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Caller role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Caller will contact potential and existing customers to explain available car loan and insurance options, gather basic information, and assess interest and eligibility. Daily responsibilities include making outbound and inbound calls, maintaining call logs, updating customer records, and following up on leads provided by the sales and finance teams.

The role also involves answering queries,



providing clear information about products, documenting customer feedback, and coordinating with colleagues to support application processing and appointments. The Caller is expected to follow call scripts and compliance guidelines, meet calling and conversion targets, and maintain a professional, courteous telephone manner.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including explicit speaking ability and active listening.
- Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to update records and work with spreadsheets or CRM tools.
- Customer service orientation, with the capacity to handle questions, objections, and basic problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a structured environment, follow processes, and meet daily calling and performance targets.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, banking, or insurance is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum educational qualification of higher secondary or equivalent; graduate degree is a plus.
- Language proficiency in English and local languages commonly used in Kolkata is highly beneficial.
