Key Responsibilities Lead Follow-up & Outreach: Promptly contact incoming leads provided by the clinic via phone calls, WhatsApp, or messages.

Education & Counseling: Clearly explain the clinic's treatment offerings, procedures, and holistic care plans to prospective patients and build trust.

OPD Consultation Booking: Persuade and schedule patients to book Outpatient Department (OPD) appointments with our doctors.

Tracking & Reminders: Maintain follow-up schedules, confirm upcoming appointments, and re-engage patients who missed their visits.
