Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, kitchen support areas, and equipment. Set up and clear tables as per restaurant standards. Assist the service team during operations. Ensure crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment are clean and ready.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Support dishwashing and proper waste disposal. Replenish service items and maintain stock in designated areas. Follow instructions from the Captain, Supervisor, and Manager.
Maintain skilled grooming, punctuality, and discipline. Assist with opening and closing duties.
