Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Cafe Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the café. The ideal candidate should have 5–10 years of experience in café, restaurant, QSR, hospitality, or food & beverage operations, with strong skills in team management, customer service, inventory control, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the café.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and operational expenses.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective business and team management.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and procurement requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely availability of raw materials and other supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.




- Prepare and review daily sales, stock, attendance, and operational reports.
- Control food costs, wastage, and other operational expenses.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement promotional activities and initiatives to increase sales.
- Maintain staff discipline, grooming, attendance, and productivity.
- Support management in improving café profitability and operational efficiency.

Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Café / Restaurant / QSR / Hospitality / Food & Beverage operations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of café/restaurant operations, inventory, billing, and cash management.
- Solid customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle staff and operational issues effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
