We are looking for an experienced CAD HOD to lead our Jewellery CAD Design Department. The candidate will be responsible for managing the CAD team, ensuring design quality, coordinating with Production/PPC/Casting, and delivering production-ready CAD designs within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete CAD Design team.
- Allocate workload and monitor team productivity.
- Review and approve complex/critical CAD designs.
- Ensure designs are accurate and production-ready.
- Coordinate with PPC, Production, Wax & Casting teams.
- Handle customer design requirements and revisions.
- Resolve technical and manufacturing-related CAD issues.
- Train and guide CAD Designers and Supervisors.
- Plan department workload, manpower, and priorities.
- Report CAD department performance and requirements to Management.
- Improve CAD processes, quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Jewellery CAD.
- Strong hands-on experience in Matrix.
- Valuable understanding of jewellery manufacturing and casting.
- Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹65,000 per month (depending on experience & skills) Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
