Role & responsibilities :

- Perform finite element analysis (FEA) for structural, durability, fatigue, and NVH simulations.
- Create and validate FE models using HyperMesh, ANSYS, Abaqus, or OptiStruct.
- Analyze simulation results and provide design improvement recommendations.
- Work closely with design, testing, and product development teams.
- Support model correlation and validation with physical test data.
- Prepare technical reports and present analysis findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-8 years of experience in CAE/FEA analysis.
- Hands-on experience with HyperMesh, OptiStruct, ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran,



or LS-DYNA.
- Strong understanding of structural mechanics, fatigue, durability, and NVH concepts.
- Experience in meshing, model setup, solver execution, and result interpretation.
- Knowledge of automotive, aerospace, or industrial product development.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
