CLRA Compliance Executive
Location: Gurgaon

CTC: 4 LPA
Job Summary
We are looking for a CLRA Compliance Executive with 25 years of experience in HR Compliance, Labour Law Compliance, Contract Labour Compliance, or Vendor Compliance Management. The candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring compliance activities related to contract labour engagement and third-party vendor workforce management.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of CLRA (Contract Labour Regulation & Abolition Act) Compliance
- Experience in HR / HR Compliance
- Experience in Labour Law and Statutory Compliance
- Vendor / Contract Labour Compliance Management
- Compliance Audit Coordination
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end CLRA compliance for third-party vendors providing manpower resources.
- Coordinate with external compliance audit vendors and monitor audit execution from the Principal Employer (PwC) perspective.
- Track audit observations, non-conformities, and compliance gaps and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain and update compliance mapping details in internal compliance tracking / insight tools.
- Ensure timely submission, verification, and maintenance of statutory documents, including:
- CLRA Licenses
- Statutory Registers
- Statutory Returns
- Compliance Certifications
- Other labour law-related documents
- Act as a liaison between vendors, auditors, and internal stakeholders to drive compliance requirements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation, reports, and compliance information.
- Monitor vendor adherence to labour laws, statutory obligations, and CLRA requirements.
- Ensure compliance records are accurate, updated, complete, and audit-ready.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to identify and address compliance risks.
- Support improvement of vendor compliance governance and monitoring processes.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in HR Compliance, Labour Law Compliance, Contract Labour Compliance, or Vendor Compliance Management.
- Sound understanding of CLRA regulations and statutory compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience in compliance audits and audit coordination.
- Experience coordinating with vendors, auditors, and multiple internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication, documentation, follow-up, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and compliance tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and ensure timely closure of compliance requirements
