Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end buying, sourcing and category management.
- Identify new products, vendors and market opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor/supplier relationships.
- Negotiate pricing, margins, quality, MOQ and commercial terms.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity.
- Plan product assortment and ensure timely availability of products.
- Manage purchase orders, inventory levels and delivery timelines.
- Drive cost optimization, margin improvement and business growth.
Candidate Profile
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Buying Merchandising Sourcing.
- Experience in Beauty, Jewellery, Cosmetics, Perfumes or Home Dcor is preferred.
- Solid negotiation, analytical and vendor-management skills.
- Good understanding of market trends, product development and commercial aspects.
