Job Title: Senior Academic Counselor
Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Academic Counselor to drive our enrollment funnel and mentor our junior team. This is a pivotal, hybrid role requiring a combination of advanced consultative sales mastery (Deep Counseling) and leadership capabilities (Coaching, QA, and Funnel Ownership). You will handle complex, high-stakes enrollments, enforce strict operational boundaries, and provide data-driven insights to the Hub Manager/Founder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Honest Intake & Deep Counseling:
- The 45-Minute Session: Run comprehensive counseling sessions at the center (ideally with a parent present). Explain the course architecture and present the reality of the program honestly, explicitly including the demanding aspects that put people off.
- Qualify & Firmly Disqualify: Record exactly why a lead is not a fit.



Turn away prospects who require classroom teaching or cannot commit to six days a week—kindly, but firmly.
- Protect the Schedule: Enforce strict intake rules. Cohorts open every Monday. Never promise a start date that is not a Monday, a gate that is not a Thursday or Friday, or a guaranteed job.
- Closing & Financial Administration:
- Secure Enrollments: Walk students through the enrollment agreement clause by clause. Secure guardian signatures for students under 18 and guardian contact details for those under 21.
- Collection & Handoff: Collect and receipt the ₹10,000 registration fee. Collect the student‘s GitHub username and complete the hand-off to the Operations Manager for
