About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive recent client acquisition and business growth for our recruitment and staffing services.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, recruitment/staffing services, client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management , with a proven ability to convert prospects into active clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, references, networking, and other channels .




- Identify companies with active hiring requirements and connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, HRBPs, and Business Leaders .
- Pitch recruitment, staffing, contract hiring, leadership hiring, and other talent solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and business discussions .
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation → requirement understanding → proposal/commercial negotiation → empanelment → closure .
