Job Description About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Head of Program Management to lead and drive end-to-end program execution across Product and Engineering. The role will be responsible for establishing solid delivery governance, ensuring predictable software releases, driving cross-functional alignment, and continuously improving organizational delivery capabilities. Familiarity with AI tools and their application in program management and software delivery is a plus. Key Responsibilities: • Define and drive the product development and software delivery lifecycle across products. • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, governance, and delivery of software releases, ensuring quality, predictability, and timely execution. • Establish robust program governance, metrics, reporting,



and communication mechanisms to provide clear and transparent visibility to stakeholders. • Drive continuous improvement of Product and Engineering processes to enhance delivery efficiency, quality, and predictability. • Monitor and improve team productivity, delivery performance, and execution effectiveness across Product and Engineering. • Lead and streamline customer upgrades, deployments, and installations, ensuring seamless execution and minimal operational disruption. • Ensure effective release documentation, release notes, handovers, demonstrations, and knowledge
