Job: Project Executive - Business Process Consulting

Salary: based on experience and Interview The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering leadership development programs for first-time managers, people managers, and emerging leaders while partnering with business stakeholders to build leadership capability across the organization.

- Work closely with client management and internal consulting teams to implement agreed HR solutions.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Develop and implement process flows, SOPs, HR frameworks, and workflow documentation
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple learning initiatives simultaneously.
- Prepare project closure reports and documentation upon completion of assignments.
- Support clients in assessing their organisational structure, roles, responsibilities, and workforce requirements
- Assist in developing KRA/KPI frameworks and performance measurement systems.
- Prepare gap analysis reports and recommend corrective/improvement measures.
- Conduct HR process reviews and HR audits for client organizations.
- Support Value Stream Mapping / process analysis wherever applicable.




- Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and track closure of action points.
- Assist in applying the DMAIC methodology – Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control.

Qualification:

- 3–7 years of relevant experience in Consulting, Project Management, Organization Development, Six Sigma, Process Consulting, or Operations.
- Experience in a client-facing consulting setting and handling multiple projects will be an added advantage.
- Bachelors in Engineering and MBA / PGDM in Operations, Business Management or related fields will be an advantage.
- Willingness to learn Six Sigma and consulting methodologies
