We are now looking for a Business Operations Intern to join our growing team in Kolkata.About the Role

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating with teams, managing processes and solving operational challenges.

As a Business Operations Intern, you will work closely with the operations team and get exposure to business operations, MIS reporting, process management, documentation, coordination and cross-functional workflows. What You’ll Do

- Assist with daily business operations and administrative activities

- Maintain and update operational trackers, MIS reports and dashboardsCollect,

- organize and analyse business data

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks

- Track project progress and follow up on pending action items

Who Are We Looking For?

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Economics or a related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPointBasic und
- erstanding of business processes and operations

- Solid organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
