- 8+ years of handson experience in BI / Analytics / Data Engineering roles supporting enterprise analytics.

- Strong expertise in SQL, including complex transformations, joins, window functions, and performance tuning.

- Proven experience working with Databricks, Synapse Analytics,

- Solid understanding of BIoriented data modeling, including dimensional and star schema design.

- Experience building and maintaining curated analytical datasets and trusted data layers.

- Strong background in data quality validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution across platforms.

- Experience troubleshooting data ingestion, transformation logic, schema changes, and pipeline failures.

- Handson experience supporting enterprise dashboards and BI consumption layers.

- Familiarity with crossplatform data alignment and reconciliation between data lake, warehouse, and BI layers.

- Experience working in cloudbased analytics environments (Azure and/or GCP).

- Solid collaboration skills with data engineers, BI developers, cloud teams, and business stakeholders.

- Ability to produce welldocumented, auditable datasets and logic for governance and review.
