Role Description The Business Head will lead overall business strategy, operations, and growth initiatives for Seven Fincorp, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission of simplifying access to finance. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves overseeing day-to-day business performance, managing key stakeholder relationships, and guiding cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

The Business

Head will identify new market opportunities, improve existing products and services, and drive process efficiencies to enhance client experiences.

Responsibilities include setting clear business objectives,



monitoring financial and operational metrics, and making data-driven decisions to support sustainable growth. The role also entails mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative culture, and representing the organization in key partnerships and industry interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong background in business leadership, strategy development, and P&L; management within financial services or related sectors.

- Experience in building and scaling operations, including process optimization, risk management, and performance tracking.

- Proven ability to develop markets, manage client relationships, and drive business development initiatives.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with comfort working with financial and operational data.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with experience leading diverse teams.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.

- Prior experience working in lending, credit, or financial advisory environments is highly beneficial.

- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced setting, with a focus on ethical practices and client-centric solutions.
