Candidate Profile

- 20+ years of experience in the food processing / food culinary solutions industry, including at least 5 years of direct P&L; ownership for a large business unit.

- B2B & QSR/HoReCa expertise, with a proven track record across B2B culinary solutions, supply chain management, contract manufacturing, and servicing QSR and HoReCa networks.

- Solid commercial and operational leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to drive profitable revenue growth, EBITDA performance, customer development, and operational excellence.

- Experience managing cross-functional teams spanning sales, manufacturing, supply chain, product development, procurement, finance, and people leadership.

Proven ability to build scalable businesses, strengthen organizational capabilities, and develop high-performing leadership teams.

Role Overview





~ The Business Head Foods will have end-to-end P&L; ownership of the Foods business, with responsibility for driving profitable growth across commercial strategy, manufacturing, supply chain, product development, and organizational leadership.

~ This is a senior leadership and succession-track role for an accomplished business leader who can take immediate ownership of day-to-day business operations, deliver against annual revenue and EBITDA objectives, and progressively transition into broader executive leadership of the enterprise.

~ The successful candidate will combine strong commercial judgment with hands-on operational and financial discipline, building a scalable, high-performance Foods business while strengthening customer relationships, manufacturing capabilities, organizational depth, and governance.
