Business Head - Corporate & Enterprise Sales

About the Role

Yotech Infocom is looking for a sales leader to grow its corporate and enterprise business. The role combines new client acquisition, key account development and sales team leadership, with responsibility for revenue growth and profitable business.

We welcome candidates from Audio-Visual, IT Hardware, Computers, Professional Displays, Video Conferencing, Networking, UPS and related technology industries. Direct AV experience is preferred; candidates with a strong record in enterprise technology sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Drive corporate business growth: Develop and execute a sales plan to acquire new enterprise clients and expand existing accounts.

Generate new opportunities: Build business through client meetings, networking, referrals, system integrator relationships and market research.

Develop key accounts: Build long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers, procurement heads, IT teams, facility managers and project consultants.

Sell complete solutions: Promote interactive flat panels, qualified displays, LED video walls, video conferencing, digital conference systems, smart classrooms and related IT solutions.

Understand client requirements:



Conduct client visits and site meetings, working with presales teams to recommend suitable solutions.

Own the sales cycle: Manage opportunities from prospecting and presentations through proposals, negotiation, closure and coordination of order execution.

Lead sales performance: Guide the sales team, review opportunities and support key negotiations to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

Protect profitability and collections: Manage pricing, margins, payment terms and timely collection of outstanding payments.

Coordinate project delivery: Work with technical, presales, operations and service teams to ensure commitments are met and customers receive effective support.

Maintain business visibility: Track the sales pipeline, forecasts, competitor activity and account plans, and provide regular reports to management.

Required Experience and Skills

7- 10 years of experience in corporate, enterprise or B2B sales, with a proven record of acquiring clients and achieving revenue targets.

Experience selling technology products or integrated solutions to corporate and institutional customers.

Ability to engage senior decision-makers and manage complex sales involving multiple stakeholders.

Experience leading a sales team or independently managing a business segment, territory or major accounts.

Strong communication, presentation, proposal-writing, negotiation and closing skills.

Commercial understanding of pricing, margins, payment terms and collections.

Ability to manage multiple accounts, maintain a healthy pipeline and provide realistic sales forecasts.

Willingness to travel for client meetings, demonstrations and site visits.
