- Strong knowledge of cloud-based service models and their application in business environments.
- Experience in managing end-to-end implementation projects within complex organizational settings.
- Ability to analyze and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide diverse teams and stakeholders.
